Double Deep Racking come from normal selective pallet racking. The structure is simple but with high storage capacity. The storage space doubled compare with normal pallet racking. The specification and size can be customized according to customer’s requirement.
Double Deep Racking system works for warehouse need high turn over for the pallet and multiply pallet size. It increase storage capacity by 50%-70% compare with selective pallet rack when still offer 50% selective right for all the pallet. Features of Double Deep Racking
Features:
1. The beam level is low, maximum height can be 8-12 meter.
2. It offer medium duty selective rate, 50% pallet can be selected freely.
3. It used for warehouse that with low turnover rate, the floor use rate can be 42%
4. It can double storage capacity compare with normal racking system
5. Double deep racking require special scissor forklift to load/unload pallet
6. Forklift Passage is about 3300mm
7. In same warehouse, double deep racking reduce the quantity of passage, thus increase the store capacity a lot.
8.If customer want to use stacker, must use reach stacker as there are 2 pallet on deep direction.
9.For the pallet on back side, customer can only move it after unload the first pallet. Thus customer should put pallet with less turnover rate on back side.
10.The investment per pallet is the lowest during all the storage racking system.
