Job for Pallet Racking Installation (long term valid)

We do not hire temporary pallet racking installers. Safety and efficiency are our top priorities. We are looking for qualified pallet racking installers to join our team, especially in the USA, UK, Germany, Ireland, Vietnam, Thailand, and more.

• Our installation team seeks talented Installers, Crew Leads, and Superintendents.
• New installers get training and a review after 90 days. If you perform well, you may be promoted to a small team leader on simple projects.

Job Duties for the Pallet Rack Installer:

• Install various warehouse racking and shelving projects. You may work with end customers for pallet racking installation, disassembly, and relocation.
• Work at heights of 15-18 meters on lift platforms. You should not have acrophobia or discomfort at heights.
• Keep the job site clean. Pick up materials and tools daily, return tools after work, and dispose of waste properly.
• Load and unload materials from trucks.
• Follow safety rules at all times to protect yourself and your crew.
• Report any potential risks or problems to the team leader.

Physical Requirements:

• Walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, and stretch.
• Use hands to handle objects and tools; communicate effectively without visual cues.
• Lift, push, and pull objects up to 30 kg without help.
• Wear a body harness while working at heights.
• Have over 5 years of experience in this field.
• Understand project drawings clearly.

Education and/or Experience:

• Construction experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with using a full-body harness is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within China and overseas, up to 30-40 days at a time. Some projects may require international travel.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a good record is required; a B-level driver’s license is preferred.
• Flexible hours are necessary. Night shifts may be required for urgent jobs.

Job Salary: $800 USD base monthly + project bonuses, totaling about $12,000 – $18,000 annually for skilled installers. $1,000 USD base + project bonuses + yearly bonuses for team leaders, totaling about $20,000 – $25,000 per year based on performance.
